About Sarah
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working in breathtaking San Francisco. My passion for this work began through my own healing journey, where I discovered the magic of therapy not as a set of tools or “quick fixes” but as a deeper, more fulfilling commitment to honoring our complex experiences so we can find internal resourcing, guidance and purpose.
I utilize a blend of modalities, but primarily borrow from psychodynamic, narrative, EMDR and parts work, while working through a trauma-informed lens. Ultimately, the quality of the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work together. My aim is to empower those who feel disempowered and seek to find curiosity, confidence and courage in their daily lives.
Long story short: I love what I do. Witnessing the healing and journey of my clients is something I find to be a great privilege. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions–I welcome your story.
