Couples and family therapy provides a safe environment to be heard and understood while learning the skills to communicate more effectively and cultivate intimacy. Please note that couples sessions are only available for an in-person setting.

EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD and other trauma-related disorders. Sessions typically occur in an extended therapy session to support successful outcomes. Sessions that are focused on EMDR processing alone will be charged separately due to difference in session time.
